Firebird .NET Data Provider

The .NET data provider is written in C# and provides a high-performance native implementation of the GDS32/API functions. This means that .NET developers can access Firebird databases without needing to install the Firebird client.

The last release contains various bug fixes as well as new features and improvements. It also supports the of new Firebird server features. The main changes concern:
* .NET 4 Client Profile
* Entity Framework 4
* Command cancellation
* UTF8 filenames.
